2. Description of the Service

Bootiga.com is a platform designed to make commerce website creation simple and efficient. Users can generate websites in the language of their choice.

Key features of Bootiga.com include:

• Included Hosting: Hosting is included for all websites created on Bootiga.com, regardless of the subscription plan.
• Multi-Page Websites: The Basic plan allows 1 multi-page website with up to 10 pages. The Advanced plan allows up to 5 multi-page websites with 15 pages each, and the Professional plan allows up to 15 websites with 20 pages each.
• No-Code Builder: All plans include access to our drag-and-drop builder, making site design and customization easy without programming knowledge.
• SEO Optimization: All plans include basic search engine optimization (SEO) tools to improve the visibility of your website.
• Image Upload Limit: The Basic plan allows a maximum image upload size of 20MB, the Advanced plan allows 120MB, and the Professional plan allows up to 350MB.
• Custom Domain Options: All users can create a custom subdomain (e.g., yoursite.bootiga.com) or connect their own domain to their website.
• Google Analytics Integration: You can integrate Google Analytics to track your website traffic on any plan.
• Free SSL Certificate: Every website created with Bootiga.com includes a free SSL certificate for secure browsing.
• Blog and Portfolio Features: All plans allow you to include a blog or portfolio section on your website to showcase your content, products, or services.
• Custom CSS and JavaScript: Custom CSS and JavaScript options are available in the Advanced and Professional plans for those seeking advanced customization capabilities.
• Statistics and Forms: Access website traffic statistics and receive form submissions via email with all plans.

3. Subscription Plans

Bootiga.com offers three subscription levels to meet different needs:

• Basic Plan: $5.50/month, includes hosting for 1 website with up to 10 pages. Basic customization, SEO, and analytics tools, along with a 20MB image upload limit.
• Advanced Plan: $22/month, includes hosting for up to 5 websites with 15 pages each. This plan also includes advanced features like custom CSS and JavaScript and a 120MB image upload limit.
• Professional Plan: $49/month, includes hosting for up to 15 websites with 20 pages each, the highest image upload limit of 350MB, and full customization control with CSS and JavaScript.

Each plan offers the option to pay annually, and those who choose annual billing will receive a discount equivalent to one free month of service. You can see full plan details on our pricing page.

4. Free Trial

New users are eligible for a 15-day free trial upon registration, without the need to enter any payment method. During the trial period, users have full access to the features of the plan they have selected. If you do not add a valid payment method at the end of the trial period, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

5. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment gateway. Fees will be automatically charged to your card each month or year, depending on the selected billing cycle.

• Responsible Entity in Spain: Stripe Payments Europe, Limited ("SPEL") and Stripe Technology Europe, Limited ("Stripe PSP").
• Stripe Services Agreement: This agreement governs the use of Stripe's services and is available at https://stripe.com/es/legal.
• Stripe Privacy Policy: Describes how Stripe collects, uses, and protects personal data. You can review it at https://stripe.com/es/privacy.

By using our services and making payments through Stripe, you agree to comply with their terms and conditions, as well as their privacy policies.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using Bootiga.com. Bootiga.com does not claim ownership of any user-generated material.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use Bootiga.com only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. It is prohibited to use the Service in any way that may damage, disable, or interfere with the Service or other users' ability to use Bootiga.com.

9. Service and Pricing Modifications

Bootiga.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service, whether temporarily or permanently, at any time.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Regarding privacy and data protection, Bootiga.com complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Organic Law 3/2018, on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

Any dispute arising in relation to these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Barcelona, Spain, unless otherwise provided by law.
