1. Using Bootiga
You may use Bootiga to create, manage, and publish websites under the limits of your selected plan. You are responsible for the content, products, and information you add to your website.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. Each user may create and manage the sites allowed by their plan.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use Bootiga for illegal activity, abuse, spam, malware, phishing, copyright infringement, or content that could damage the service or other users.
4. Plans and billing
Free and paid plans may include different storage, features, limits, and support levels. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe and may renew automatically unless cancelled.
5. Service availability
We work to keep Bootiga reliable, but maintenance, updates, incidents, or third-party provider issues may occasionally affect availability.
6. Content and deletion
You retain responsibility for your website content. If you delete a site, associated tenant data may be removed from the platform according to our operational cleanup process.
7. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of Bootiga after updates means you accept the current version.
